“In Search Of 10” features ten songs from ten artists that we’ve spinning throughout the week.

Every week we select songs that’ve released over the past month and, if we vibe with it, we throw it on the “ISO 10.”

This week features a mixture of rising stars that deserve more shine and established stars still making waves through the galaxy. Off the heels of Joey Bada$$’ latest project in five years, 2000, we had to include “Eulogy” and its head knocking vibes, along with the cool, player compositions from Larry June on his latest single, “In My Pockets.”

ISO 10 is also showing a bit of love to the dancers this month. bLAck pARty links up with Childish Gambino for the hypnotic “I Love You More Than You Know”, complimenting the subtle yet infectious groove compositions of Ce Soir,” Duckworth and Syd’s latest collaboration. “Happy Music,” the toe tapping uptempo from Tom Misch and Supershy rounds out August’s dance-floor draggers.

In addition, our inaugural playlist features the laid back vibes of “Tropical,” a track courtesy of rising duo Organic Dev, on the bars, and Penpal Seff, the mastermind behind the boards. Che Noir, Buffalo,, NY’s very own, shines with a live cut of “Worth Gold.” Noir delivers a raw vocal performance, unrelenting and full of her signature brand of honesty. TDE’s Doechii makes an appearance with “This Bitch Matters,” a track harnessing a laidback snarl from the emcee making for an enjoyable 1:41 second listen.

In the Jazz realm, DOMi & JD Beck, the first signees to Anderson .Paak’s APESHIT, Inc, have dropped one of the most fascinating projects of 2022, and we have had their “SMiLE” single on loop during our work week. Helps with not going off the rails. Khruangbin and Vieux Farka kick off the playlist through a woozy performance on “Savanne,” made of the hypnotizing allure fans have come to expect from the trio.
